After looking for a change in my fitness routine I heard about Cortex. Gyms can be intimidating places and I was looking for somewhere to train where you feel supported and can improve your fitness in a safe environment. The programming is great with so many variations so every day is different. The coaches are brilliant, professional, knowledgeable and super friendly! you always feel so supported and you are able to work out at your own fitness level with everything in the workout being scalable. CTC CrossFit is an incredible place. From top quality equipment to an awesome community of people. The coaches are extremely knowledgeable and the atmosphere is very welcoming and inclusive. Cortex CrossFit provides the most inclusive community that I've ever been a part of. The coaches allow you to reach your potential, all whilst surrounded by inspiring and friendly people. Absolutely love CTC CrossFit. They have the most inclusive community and knowledgable coaches who treat absolutely everyone equally, they don’t care whether you’re on top form or in the worse shape you’ve ever been in, they just want to help you reach your aim.
